You can drink herbal tea first thing in the morning and then soak raisins for 10-15 nights. It works wonders in relieving migraine headaches. According to Ayurvedic experts, if consumed continuously for 12 weeks, it works to reduce excess bile in the body and improves rheumatism. Along with this, it soothes all the symptoms associated with migraine like acidity, nausea, burning sensation, one sided headache, hot flushes.

Cumin-cardamom tea is beneficial in migraine

Tea made from cumin cardamom can be consumed an hour after lunch or dinner or when migraine symptoms occur. It works to relieve nausea and stress.

How to make?

To do this, take half a glass of water, add 1 teaspoon of cumin and 1 cardamom
Boil for 3 minutes
